Fear is a Liar

My brain consumed my thoughts with fear today. Fears of failure, insecurity, and unworthiness. Then a fear that I would never rid myself of these occasional thoughts of FEAR. You know how that spiral goes.⁣⁣

Fear is a big, big liar. ⁣

⁣But we can’t avoid it. It will always appear. Unless we become robots or completely numb, which no.⁣
⁣
So, the mantra I’m currently telling my brain, both quietly and out loud, is…⁣

FEAR WILL NOT PARALYZE ME. FEAR WILL NOT PARALYZE ME. FEAR WILL NOT PARALYZE ME. FEAR WILL NOT PARALYZE ME. FEAR WILL NOT PARALYZE ME.⁣
