Mammogram Results

I waited longer than a year, and I’m not proud of that lapse in judgment. 😢

But I showed up bright and early, got a cape (yes, girl), and got that annual mammogram check-up taken care of. The whole process took 7 minutes.

And I’ve already received the results – all clear. That doesn’t affirm me putting it off. And it’s not an affirmation that you should, too.

So, please do me a favor – take care of this right now if you’re over 40, have a family history of breast cancer, or you’re past your annual visit. And when you go, record that moment in the mirror like the queen you are. 💃🏻
