Maybe Valentine’s Day is a frivolous holiday.

Maybe it’s a commercial trap.

Maybe it’s a lame reminder to appreciate your loved ones.

OR… Maybe it’s a beautiful day to allow frivolity and fun.

OR… Maybe it’s an incredibly heavy day full of grief and loneliness.

Whatever this day is for you, please know that you are not doing it wrong.

Whatever you’re feeling is valid and real.

And if know one has told you today…

You deserve to be here.

You deserve to feel.

And you certainly deserve to be loved. ❤️
